Why you want this rank:I want this rank so that I can ban rude people that make people quit. I will also kick/ban/warn hackers,abusers,etc following the criteria you will see below later
How will you help out SinisterIsland:I will help it grow more people and make it more fun by banning the people who are ruining the server for others by spawn killing them or just abusing there powers and I've also noticed that most of the staffs are not on most of the time (but maybe Zevie. but hes sometimes just afk on the server) and it's really annoying for others having to wait 1-3 days to stop getting abused or getting hacked on. I will aslo use this criteria to whether or not use the commands I have to punish people or help.
1. /kick: this command will be used for when a player has been warned 1-2 times and keeps breaking the rule (Ex. Advertisement, Spamming, Disrespect)
2. /ban: used for when players have been warned from 5-6 times and keep breaking the rules except if what they are doing is: Extreme spamming, racism, constant cursing or power abuse (in this case they will only be warned 1 time)
3./tempban: used for when players do minor damage or offenses, I use this criteria:
a. Griefing: at 1-10 warning the will be banned from 1-10 days according to damage
b.Spamming: if extreme it will be a permanent ban, if not they will be banned for 1-3 days, but if it keeps going on it will be a permanent ban
c.Advertising: takes the same as number 2
d.Cursing/Constant Cursing: if constant permanent ban, if minor but nonstop banned for 5 days.
e.Banned Items: permanent ban
f.Asking for OP, Ranks, or Items: kick, but if it keeps on tempban for about 2 days
g.Racist or Sexist Remarks: PERMANENT BAN, this offense is NOT accepted
h.Mods/Hacks: permanent ban.
4. /mute: will me used in times where the player tries to annoy, offense (minor offense) certain players. If it is constant use the scale above.
Do you have any experience with Plugins and Youtube: The answer is a definite YES I have LOTS of experience with Youtube especially because I have my own youtube channel and I have adsense on their so I'm pretty familiar with youtube and as for plugins I'm decent to become a decent dev because I've tried running servers on my own and portforwarding them through trial and error and the end result is always a success but I never keep it up for long and so I got familiar with PEX and all the must have plugins like Factions Plus, Factions, ETC

Why do you think we should choose you: I know I can be mostly on for the whole day maybe not on server but if I'm not on server just skype me when I'm on my PC my skype is ALWAYS on
