What would you do if a player was using racist words: First of all I would check the source of the racism (person/s) and attempt to put them to a halt. If I fail to I will mute them. I will speak to the suspect/player who had been bullied and privately message them there side of the situation, I would then take notes and approach the racism source again. I would mute them and privately message them there side of the situation. If I find out they are in some sort of way lying or attempting to with proof I will immediately punish them, however I will aware staff what I am doing with them. The consequence will depend on how much racism act they caused. However if they own up or I find out they included it in an argue meant for no reason I will then warn them seriously and let them get away with a light punishment and aware staff.
6.Why you want this rank:
I want this rank because I think it is necessary that you put players as priority, you need people to make sure they are playing by the set rules. That's where staff comes in. I have seen a lack of staff on the server and think there needs to be new staff recruited. By adding me there will be another staff that may be more active than current staff, making players feel more relaxed about asking questions as they don't have to go on the forums or wait for a staff member to enter the game. I will approach being staff a serious way of kindness and strictness.
7.How you will help out SinisterIsland :
I will help by applying all changes by terminating the hackers, helping out with whatever is needed, advertising in every way possible, encouraging donating and voting, keeping players satisfied with the server. When you need help, you need that one person to be there and that will be me. Also, to ensure that players are always being monitored, you need an active staff. I am prepared to dedicate my time and effort into helping this server and making it fun for the players and the community.
8.Do you have any experience with Plugins and Youtube?
Yes, plugins I can use pex, groupmanager and most of the advanced plugins
I also have a lot of experience on youtube, I had a contract with a mc player once, he had 90k subs and I had the job of editing his videos with Sony Vegas Pro 13.0
